Our exclusive guarantees
Our commercial approach is conceived to minimize the risks and to maximize the benefit that our customers can draw from a collaboration with Angioo.
The guarantees that we give our customers are absolutely unique and without comparison none with those offered by competition.
When a customer concludes a contract with ANGIOO, it profits systematically from the following guarantees:
Guarantee n°1: Absolute Guarantee of result
Our income rises only from that which our customers draw from the exploitation of the drilling locations (and not of the sites!) of which we precisely specified positioning.
Our engagement processes do not cause any obligation of payment as long as our customers do not derive any income of the identified layers (at least for the activities likely to generate an income, it is not example not the case for the determination of points of sampling). We in fact do not sell information (: hydrothermal reservoirs or mineral-water supposed); we sell geothermal, real thermal exploitation appropriatenesses or of mineral water extraction. Our remuneration is due only as from the moment when our customer exploits one commercially - or several - well of which we specified the site and in the car of the incomes (but not necessarily of the benefit!). This obligation of remuneration applies to any exploitation whose collecting location is located inside a vertical roll of 50 meters ray, centered on the specified and delivered drilling location.
Guarantee n°2: Guarantee of the best possible result
The drilling locations indicated are the best possible ones compared to the hydrogeological objectives preestablished on the entirety of the site or the concession to be prospected.
In other words, if one - or several - other drillings were to be carried out by our customer (what it can always decide) apart from our reserved zone (the vertical roll of 50 meters ray) - and if these drillings identified a better hydrothermal reservoir, no remuneration would be due for us. By “better”, it is necessary to hear a drilling which would provide a hydrogeological flow nearer to the agreed objectives that that ANGIOO would have suggested. Only hydrological or thermodynamic criteria can enter in account the determination of the value of a drilling location. The depth of the layer, the chemical composition, the nature of the crossed rocks or the accessibility of the drilling location do not enter in account the qualitative appreciation.
In the case - always possible - where we would detect other drilling locations delivered in the perimeter of survey, this or these additional points would constitute a reserve with this guarantee.
This guarantee reflects the absolute superiority of the angiogeology on traditional hydrogeology. No company of hydrogeological survey in the world offers such a guarantee.
Guarantee n°3: “Zero” groping
Only one drilling is enough to validate the existence of a hydrogeological layer which we identified. A site, even wide, contains only some layers answering the angiogeological criteria (exurgence). We guarantee a result for all the drilling locations which we suggest. We ask for the commitment of our customer only for one drilling. If this one were unfruitful, our customer is not held any more to carry out other drillings on the basis of our specification - even if it them accepted aces.
By unfruitful, it is exclusively necessary to understand:
- drilling exceeded of 33% the depth mentioned without discovering hydrogeological layer, or,
- in the case of the geothermal survey:
- the water bearing site has a temperature lower than 180°C or
- an underground water flow lower than 12.5 kg/seconde.
- in the case of the hydrothermal survey, these values are lowered to respectively 150°C and 10 kg/s, because the required hydrothermal reservoirs are generally less deep than the geothermal reservoirs, that reduce the probability of undesirable substances, but also correspond to a lower flow.
- for the mineral-water survey, underground water flow is not lower than 15 kg/s (in the moderate areas).
Any criterion of chemical composition or possible contamination cannot be taken into account to determine the profitable character or not hydrogeological survey.
Guarantee n°4: Freedom not to carry out a exploratory drilling
A customer can always refuse a drilling that we propose to him if this one appears too difficult to him to realize (for example for reasons of accessibility). The possible reasons of refusal of drilling must however be predetermined by contract and to be former to the decision to carry out an angiogeological survey (the fact that the customer decided to stop any survey or gives up his project does not constitute an admissible reason).
Guarantee n°5: Zero impact
The angiogeological survey is nonintrusive, nonpolluting, no trace leaves and will not induce any responsibility or obligation with respect to the owner of the ground on which it is carried out. This nonintrusive character does not apply to the exploratory drilling - which is judicious to follow the survey (in the event of detected layer) - and which is carried out by and under the responsibility for the customer (it is the only risk only it runs).
Guarantee n°6: Not-Exclusiveness
If our customers wish to work with several companies of hydrogeological survey, we do not ask better, because we are magic to measure us with our competitors. We also accept that our remuneration is function of the variation of productivity between the layer found by our care and that found by our competitors (in this case, we do not apply obviously the same percentage).
Guarantee n°7: Equal Treatment between customers
All our customers are subjected to the same conditions pricing, preset and published, which are, directly and exclusively, functions of the incomes that our customers draw from the exploitation of the drilling locations which we specified.
We do not establish priority for our interventions according to the size, or of the importance of the customer, or the prospects for income. As soon as a project reaches a maturity and a sufficient level of commitment (represented by the signing of a contract of survey) and that the climatic conditions allow it (the échant case), we start the survey.
We can apply a risk factor which is not function of the customer, but of the geographical location of the site.
Not only one company of hydrogeological survey in the world does not offer such guarantees which are intended to make unimportant the risks to work with ANGIOO. Because, after all, which our clients risk? At most to carry out some drillings which we would recommend and who would prove to be sterile - but a survey campaign does not conceive, in any event, without drilling. One can thus consider that the drillings carried out on the basis of our recommendation have null incremental costs, but give the best opportunities of the market.
Our pricing conditions are simple and transparent.
